Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time and PRN roles in Tennessee. The COTA will carry out prescribed treatments under OT supervision, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Experience in long-term or geriatric care is preferred, with emphasis on timely documentation and exceptional patient service. Daily pay option is highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Document patient’s progress weekly.
• Collaborates with disciplines to provide best patient-centered care.
• Exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Perform duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment aligned with goals developed by the OT.
• Offer feedback to supervising OT via documentation as required.
