Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Franklin, TN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time and PRN positions. You will perform treatments under the supervision of an OT, aligning with established goals to support patient progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license and registration in the state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and geriatric populations preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and timely progress notes.
• Punctual, professional, and collaborative with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment according to goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to the supervising OT via documentation as required by policy.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours with professionalism.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
