Job summary

Assistance Plus is seeking a Daily Living Support Specialist to serve Randolph, ME and surrounding areas. The role pays $20.00–$22.00 hourly and requires a High School diploma and a valid Maine driver's license. MHRT/1 training will be provided at no cost.

You will travel within 30 miles of your home to assist adults with behavioral health needs, ensuring safety, independence, and emotional well-being in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid Maine driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance ($50K/$100K).
• Entry level computer experience and access to email/internet required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the client’s plan of care drives all service activities.
• Ensuring the safety of clients in their homes and community.
• Attending and participating in a minimum of four hours per month of clinical supervision.
• Accumulating a minimum of 20 hours of training annually.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

The DLSS will monitor the consumers' ability to function independently in their home and community while assisting them to maintain their safety and emotional well-being.

This position will be required to travel within a 30 mile radius of their home and will transport clients within their communities.
