Job summary

Frontier Airlines seeks a DAI Technical Pod Lead to guide a pod of data engineers and external partners. You will drive data, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives aligned to Commercial priorities, delivering scalable data solutions across the enterprise.

You will translate business requirements into robust architectures, set coding and governance standards, and collaborate with Governance, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years delivering Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI solutions.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms, including Databricks and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing pod of data engineers and analysts.
• Serve as the primary technology partner for Commercial stakeholders across Revenue, Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, and more.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives aligned to business priorities.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data architecture and engineering solutions.
• Define and maintain technical standards, solution architecture, and governance processes.
