Job summary

CCI Industrial Services, LLC is seeking a logistics-focused coordinator to oversee facilities, transport, and material management for Hilcorp North Slope aviation operations. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, scheduling, and expediting to support safe, efficient air operations.

This role requires strong MS Office skills, the ability to work with multiple teams, and a flexible two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and/or material management or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and the public.
• Ability to complete multiple diverse tasks of differing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, logistics and material needs.
• Aircraft Flight Following / Scheduling (Trackit Energy).
• Expedite materials on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, state and federal regulations.
• Interface with logistics from North Slope Asset Teams.
• Source, purchase, and manage material requirements for Hilcorp facilities.
• Apply proper cost codes, AFEs and Work Orders to track logistics and material costs.
• Assist with loading and unloading aircraft (passengers and cargo).
• Coordinate facility upkeep with lease owner (Deadhorse FBO).
• Operate and help maintain fuel truck and records.

Job description

Oversee facilities, logistics and materials management for Hilcorp North Slope aviation in support of safe, effective, and efficient air operations as a part of a work culture that exemplifies teamwork and provides a safe and healthy work environment.

• Coordinate and manage all day-to-day operations, logistics and material needs.
• Aircraft Flight Following / Scheduling (using Trackit Energy)
• Manage and oversee the daily expediting of materials.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate, state and federal regulations and laws.
• Interface with logistics from the different North Slope Asset Teams.
• Source, purchase, and manage material requirements for Hilcorp facilities.
• Ensure proper cost codes, AFEs and Work Orders are applied to track all logistics and material costs.
• Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
• Supports company vision and mission.
• Adheres to established work schedule (two weeks on and two weeks off), attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
• Assist with loading and unloading aircraft – passengers and cargo
• Assist with Passenger suits, weighing, briefings.
• Coordinate facility upkeep with lease owner (Deadhorse FBO)
• Operate and help maintain our fuel truck and records.

Other Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to be available 24 hours per day while on rotation (on call for emergencies, etc.).
