Job summary

Carlile is seeking a Full-Time Individual Contributor in Prudhoe Bay, AK to coordinate shipments between Conoco Phillips and Alyeska Pipeline services, ensuring compliance with shipping, receiving, billing, and deadlines. The role requires handling freight, leading crews, and maintaining TruckMate and Excel records.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of related experience, familiarity with TruckMate, and the ability to pass a SIDA background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• An associate degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• Three to four years of previous industry-related experience is required; must have knowledge of Software management system; TruckMate preferred.
• Requires the ability to pass a background check to obtain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments between Conoco Phillips and Alyeska Pipeline services to and from the North Slope to ensure contractual compliance with shipping, receiving, billing and deadline requirements.
• Operate safely and in compliance with all HSSE policies and procedures.
• Coordinate freight shipments, entering, maintaining, and updating TruckMate and excel spreadsheets on a regular basis.
• Monitor shipments for accuracy and follow-up to ensure pickup and delivery deadlines are met.
• Receive, and manifest local freight as needed to support flights out of Kuparuk, or direct shipment to Alpine depending on the season.
• Lead and coordinate drivers, Loader operators and warehouse teams as needed to complete daily activities.
• Field incoming calls and emails, responding appropriately and timely to customer inquiries.
• Review month end reports for accuracy prior to billing process.

Position Profile
