Job summary

CCI Industrial Services, LLC seeks a logistics-focused role on the North Slope for Hilcorp aviation operations. You will oversee daily logistics, materials, and scheduling to support safe and efficient air operations in a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation.

Proficiency with Trackit Energy and MS Office is important. Responsibilities include expediting materials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with lease owners and asset teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; two years of college preferred.
• Experience in logistics/material management or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, team player with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations, logistics and material needs.
• Aircraft Flight Following / Scheduling (Trackit Energy).
• Expedite materials daily.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
• Interface with North Slope Asset Teams.
• Source, purchase, and manage material requirements.
• Apply proper cost codes, AFEs and Work Orders.
• Assist with loading/unloading aircraft and passenger handling.
• Coordinate facility upkeep with lease owner (Deadhorse FBO).
• Operate and maintain fuel truck and records.
• Available 24 hours per day while on rotation.

Job description

Oversee facilities, logistics and materials management for Hilcorp North Slope aviation in support of safe, effective, and efficient air operations as a part of a work culture that exemplifies teamwork and provides a safe and healthy work environment.

• Coordinate and manage all day-to-day operations, logistics and material needs.
• Aircraft Flight Following / Scheduling (using Trackit Energy)
• Manage and oversee the daily expediting of materials.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate, state and federal regulations and laws.
• Interface with logistics from the different North Slope Asset Teams.
• Source, purchase, and manage material requirements for Hilcorp facilities.
• Ensure proper cost codes, AFEs and Work Orders are applied to track all logistics and material costs.
• Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
• Supports company vision and mission.
• Adheres to established work schedule (two weeks on and two weeks off), attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
• Assist with loading and unloading aircraft – passengers and cargo
• Assist with Passenger suits, weighing, briefings.
• Coordinate facility upkeep with lease owner (Deadhorse FBO)
• Operate and help maintain our fuel truck and records.

Other Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to be available 24 hours per day while on rotation (on call for emergencies, etc.).

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
• Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Must be a highly motivated individual, team player, with good problem-solving skills.

Education Requirements:
