Ashton North LLC seeks an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions and support end-to-end supply chain activities across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory.

The role demands hands-on experience with D365 SCM and Power BI, strong Excel skills, and the ability to operate in a structured environment with documentation and testing rigor.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Experience with D365 Finance & SCM and Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective with business & technical teams.
• Experience with ERP implementation, testing, and production support.
• Excel data analysis and reporting; change control and documentation.

Responsabilidades

seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, and order management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system requirements.
• Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of D365 Finance processes and cost management module
• Experience administrating role security
• Awareness of ISVs and how they integrate

MUST HAVES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for D365 Supply Chain Management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality
• Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities to improve inventory, planning, procurement, and operational performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Microsoft support when required.
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support D365 implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Work with developers and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
• Monitor system performance and data quality and recommend corrective actions.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to supply chain operations.
• Provide production support and assist users with D365-related questions and issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management capabilities and Microsoft release updates.
