The D365 Business Analyst is responsible for solution configuration, security, support, integrity, and management of Microsoft D365 enterprise applications. The analyst understands business challenges and opportunities, leading configuration and maintenance of solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system performance monitoring, and applying communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maximize IT system investments. Providing user guidance and training is also key.

Key Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs.
• Solution Design: Configure D365 solutions aligned with best practices.
• Implementation: Lead deployment, including data migration and system integration.
• Customization: Enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure system meets requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially in modules like Production, BOM, Inventory, Warehouse, Master Planning, Forecasting, Procurement, Sourcing, Intercompany, Sales & Marketing, and Service Management.
• Power BI and IVS experience are pluses.
• Strong understanding of business processes and D365 functionalities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 and DevOps are advantageous.
• Proficiency in configuration and customization.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
