Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior Finance Systems Architect to design and implement financial solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will drive optimization across General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting, while embedding AI and intelligent automation into the platform.

You will lead full lifecycle projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and finance leadership.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS, revenue recognition and intercompany; finance modules.
Experience with AI-enabled automation and intelligent workflow within finance.
Proven project management in fast-paced environments; Agile familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of financial solutions in D365 FO.
Optimize finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting.
Oversee full lifecycle of finance projects from requirements to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and analytics.
Advise leadership on Copilot and AI capabilities for Finance roadmap.
Ensure governance, data integrity, and security in reporting.
