Abacus Staffing & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a D365 F&O Functional Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ERP design and implementation. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable, fit-to-standard Dynamics 365 F&O solutions while guiding cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will drive solution quality, align with enterprise architecture, and manage stakeholders across IT and business units. Immediate to short-term notice preferred and location to be confirmed.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Proven experience in functional solution architecture and ERP design.
• Deep understanding of fit-to-standard processes and minimizing customizations.
• Experience in stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive solution quality, scalability, and business value.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across the D365 F&O project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-to-standard ERP solutions.
• Guide functional consultants and technical teams on configuration and design.
• Conduct scoping workshops and develop comprehensive solution design documentation.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional delivery teams.
