We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solution Architect – Presales (Manufacturing) to lead strategic growth and solutioning for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Manufacturing engagements. The role is focused on driving presales excellence, shaping customer transformation journeys, and building strong enterprise and partner relationships across manufacturing-led industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end presales solutioning for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing focused ERP transformations.
• Architect scalable ERP solutions aligned with manufacturing processes such as production planning, shop floor execution, MRP, inventory, and supply chain optimization.
• Drive solution estimation, effort sizing, costing, and proposal development in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, compelling solution designs and value propositions.
• Lead and support client demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for D365 ERP manufacturing solutions, including industry-specific offerings and positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create thought leadership assets, webinars, case studies, and industry campaigns.
• Identify market trends, competitor positioning, and customer pain points to refine solution offerings and messaging.
• Support pipeline generation through strategic events, alliances, and Microsoft ecosystem partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business stakeholders, and IT leadership during pursuit cycles.

Skills requirement:

• Experience in D365 F&SCM, especially Manufacturing modules.
• Proven track record in ERP presales, solution architecture, and enterprise deal shaping.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior leadership stakeholders.
