Zusammenfassung

United Future seeks a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business scales across locations and acquisitions. You will lead a blended team of ERP analysts and developers, coordinating with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure a robust, scalable ERP platform.

The role emphasizes managing releases, data migrations, integrations, and user training, with a focus on process improvements and ERP modernization.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in ERP roles with leadership experience
Hands-on D365 F&O experience in multi-entity environments
Experience delivering ERP rollouts, upgrades, and go-lives
Strong collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, Operations
Proven ability to manage partners, budgets, and timelines
Comfort with change management and executive communication

Aufgaben

Own D365 production performance, environment health, and releases.
Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance priorities.
Translate business needs into practical ERP configurations and processes.
Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, drive adoption and training.
Lead ERP implementations, data migrations, cutovers, and go-lives.
Oversee integrations and coordinate with BI/Data teams.
Manage partners against scopes of work, budgets, and timelines.
Maintain change controls, access, audit readiness, and service metrics.
