Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and lead ERP initiatives across growth, acquisitions, and multi-entity rollouts.

You will guide ERP teams, manage partners, and ensure production performance, data integrity, and timely releases while collaborating with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on D365 F&O experience with strong finance/supply chain knowledge.
• Experience leading ERP teams/workstreams and prioritizing work.
• Successful ERP rollouts or upgrades through go-live and support.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners.
• Comfort with change management, testing, access controls, and executive communication.
• Typically 5+ years in ERP roles with 2+ years leading people; degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, and deployment readiness.
• Lead and coach ERP analysts, developers, and support resources.
• Translate business needs into practical configuration and process improvements.
• Prioritize ERP backlog, communicate progress, and drive user adoption.
• Lead ERP implementations, multi-entity rollouts, data migrations, and go-lives.
• Oversee D365 integrations and partner with BI/Data teams on data quality.
• Manage partners against scopes, budgets, and timelines; maintain controls and metrics.
