Job summary
Inceed, L.L.C. partnered with a client in Irving, TX to hire a hands-on D365 ERP Developer Lead. You will shape technical direction, guide a development team, and deliver solutions across D365 Finance & Operations, integrations, SQL, and analytics platforms.
The role emphasizes code quality, mentoring developers, overseeing data entities via OData/REST, and collaboration with Synapse, Fabric, and Power Platform. Hybrid onsite schedule with a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of D365 F&O or Dynamics AX development experience.
- Experience writing technical design documents.
- Experience reviewing functional design documents.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
- Experience with OData and D365 data entities.
- Background supporting system integrations.
- Experience leading or mentoring developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of D365 architecture and extensibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts across D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Review functional designs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Author technical design documents and implementation plans.
- Mentor developers and reinforce coding standards.
- Oversee integrations using OData, REST, and a variety of data entities.
- Support SQL design and data architecture for reporting needs.
- Collaborate with teams on Synapse, Fabric, and Power Platform initiatives.
- Perform code reviews and improve solution quality.
- Help manage priorities, delivery timelines, and technical risks.
