Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 Developer for a full-time role in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will drive design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integrations at an enterprise scale.

You will provide technical leadership across architecture, development, integrations, deployment, and production support. Requirements include 8+ years of software development, 5+ years in Dynamics 365, and strong Azure/DevOps experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Proven track record in designing and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and platform security.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and support of enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Provide technical and architectural leadership across the SDLC from design to production support.
• Design event-driven and API-based integrations with Azure services and API Management.
• Define governance, ALM, security, DLP, and development best practices for the platform.
• Mentor junior developers, review designs, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Evaluate Copilot, AI Builder, and other AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365/Power Platform ecosystem.
