Job summary

You will manage a matrix team, partner with IT and business stakeholders, drive system improvements, data integrity, and performance KPIs, while overseeing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years leading ERP deployments in multinational companies.
• Experience with ERP, CE (CRM/Field Service), CAD/PLM, BI, and consolidation systems.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CE solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP/CE platform improvements and new implementations with analysis, configuration, data ETL, and testing.
• Lead a team of Solutions Analysts and coordinate with partners to deploy D365 CE.
• Maintain project transparency with KPIs and escalations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations and Infrastructure to support daily operations and deployments.
