Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years direct experience leading the architecture, configuration, and development for the Manufacturing Systems domain of D365 Finance & Operations in a multinational company.
• Experience with Production Planning (MRP/MPS), Capacity Planning / Leveling, Production Scheduling, Manufacturing Order Management, and related manufacturing processes.
• Experience with discrete, engineer-to-order capital equipment manufacturing is preferred.
• Direct experience with full ERP implementation cycles, from needs analysis to rollout and stabilization.
• Experience leveraging SAAS-based systems and integrating enterprise-level systems (ERP, BI, consolidation).
• Fluent in Office 365 applications, including Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Manufacturing domain architecture and collaborate with Architects to design scalable D365 F&O solutions.
• Guide blueprinting, development, testing, rollout, and ongoing support of manufacturing processes.
• Govern design standards, approve changes, and ensure documentation and testing procedures are in place.
• Coordinate with external vendors/partners to optimize the technical landscape.
• Assist with testing, user adoption, and process improvements across ERP implementations.
