Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, Entwicklung, Review und Ausführung manueller und automatisierter Testfälle für Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE und F&O.
• Testen von Dynamics 365 Sales-Funktionalität, Geschäftsprozessen, Workflows und Geschäftsregeln.
• Durchführung von Funktions-, Regression-, Integrations-, API- und End-to-End-Tests.
• Entwicklung, Implementierung, Debugging und Pflege automatisierter Testskripte mit passenden Frameworks/Sprachen.
• Validierung von Datenflüssen und Integrationen zwischen Dynamics 365 CE und Finance & Operations.
• Unterstützung der Integration automatisierter Tests in CI/CD-Pipelines, bevorzugt mit Azure DevOps.
• Erstellung/Unterhaltung von Testplänen, -fällen, Fehlerberichten und Ausführungsberichten (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
• Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Business Analysts, Product Ownern und QA-Teams in agilen Umgebungen.
• Teilnahme an Root-Cause-Analysen, Erkennung von Testlücken und Unterstützung bei Fehleruntersuchung und -behebung.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tester to join a long-term project focused on quality assurance across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), particularly Dynamics 365 Sales, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

This role is ideal for a testing professional with strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365, hands‑on experience in manual and automated testing, and a solid understanding of API testing, system integrations, and modern QA practices.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure application quality, reliable integrations, and effective delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, review, and execute manual and automated test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.




• Test Dynamics 365 Sales functionality, business processes, workflows, and business rules.




• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end‑to‑end testing.




• Develop, implement, debug, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate frameworks and programming languages.




• Validate data flows and integrations between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations.




• Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.




• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, defect records, and execution reports using Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane.




• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA professionals within an Agile environment.




• Participate in root cause analysis, identify testing gaps, and support defect investigation and resolution.




• Apply established QA best practices and explore AI‑driven testing tools and methodologies.




• Ensure testing activities align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.




• At least 4 years of software testing experience, including both manual and automated testing.




• At least 3 years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or Finance applications.




• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and its underlying business processes.




• Hands‑on experience implementing automated test scripts, beyond simply executing existing scripts.




• Strong experience with API testing, particularly using Postman.




• Experience with test automation tools, programming languages, debugging techniques, and integration testing.




• Solid understanding of test design, defect management, SDLC, and STLC.




• Experience creating, executing, documenting, and reporting test cases.




• Experience working in Agile delivery teams; familiarity with the SAFe framework is highly desirable.




• Knowledge of AI‑driven testing tools and methodologies.




• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Additional Experience Requirements

• 12 years of experience working with Postman API.




• 9 years of experience working with Azure DevOps Services.




• 9 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
