Capgemini in Atlanta seeks a Dynamics 365 technical architect to design and deploy enterprise CRM solutions across online and on-premise environments. You will translate requirements into scalable architecture, mentor teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes integration, middleware, data migration, Power Platform, and DevOps for CRM, with opportunities to influence cloud strategy and deliver high-value capabilities to financial services clients.

Qualifications

Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.
Hands-on development with C#.Net, JavaScript, and SQL in CRM projects.
Knowledge of data migration, SSIS, and reporting (SSRS/Power BI).
Experience with cloud integration and DevOps for CRM deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead technical workshops with business partners to design architecture solutions.
Drive Pre-Sales engagements and contribute to POCs and proposals.
Ensure best practices for scalable, upgrade-friendly CRM solutions.
Guide architecture governance and cloud platform resource management.
