We’re looking for a Senior to Principal level Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to support our clients in North America. The position is fully remote, with travel up to 25%.

The Role:

As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in the entire life cycle of implementations. You'll lead requirements sessions, collaborating on the analysis of business needs and translating them into precise specifications. Your responsibilities extend to conducting workshops for end-user education, customizing modules based on specific business requirements, and seamlessly integrating solutions with technical teams. Throughout the implementation process, you'll be at the forefront of managing project documentation, conducting thorough testing, and providing ongoing customer support. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring a smooth and successful Dynamics 365 Business Central deployment.

We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central or D365 F&O Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics NAV/BC or D365 F&O modules and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices within the manufacturing industry.
• At least 1 full-life cycle implementation from project initiation to post-implementation support in Dynamics Business Central or F&O
• 5+ years’ experience creating comprehensive functional design documents and system documentation.
• 3+ year of experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

To Be Ahead of the Pack, You Might Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central certifications.

• Project Management experience.
• Food/beverage manufacturing industry exposure.
