Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in operations, supply chain, order management, e-commerce, or related field.
• Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP, to support order management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day small parcel order operations across D2C platforms, ensuring orders flow efficiently from placement through fulfillment.
• Monitor and resolve order exceptions to support timely and accurate order execution.
• Analyze order management trends and identify root causes of operational issues impacting fulfillment performance.
• Develop and implement corrective actions that reduce manual intervention and improve order processing efficiency.
• Partner with Customer Engagement, Last Mile, Warehousing, and IT teams to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
