Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a data analytics professional to design, build, and maintain operational and executive dashboards for D2C fulfillment. You will develop Tableau dashboards with self-service capabilities, filter by warehouse, product category, carrier, and KPI, and support WBRs and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, CS, business, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on Data Analytics experience in Operations, eCommerce, or Fulfillment environments.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
• Experience building advanced Excel workbooks, including forecasting models and inventory tracking templates.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, WMS, and OMS data validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain operational reports and executive dashboards for real-time and historical D2C fulfillment performance.
• Develop customized Tableau dashboards with self-service capabilities by warehouse, product category, carrier, time period, and KPI.
• Prepare reports and support stakeholders for Weekly Business Reviews and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel workbooks for D2C fulfillment reporting, forecasting models, and inventory tracking.
• Write, maintain, and optimize GCP SQL queries to extract, transform, and load fulfillment, inventory, and carrier data from the data warehouse.
• Mine and distribute data insights to drive growth for the eCommerce Operations team.
