Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services GA in Macon is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients across Macon, Cochran, and Jeffersonville, GA. The role supports children with ASD and other developmental disabilities to reach their goals.

You will work 1:1 in home, school, or clinic settings, implement plans created by a BCBA, and collect progress data. Travel locally is required, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for certification

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collecting and documenting data on client progress
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
