Job Summary

High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

Key Skills Required For the Position:

1. SALES: You should be able to walk in on day one & close over 50% of the leads you sit down to meet with.
2. LEADERSHIP: You should be a first-one-in, last-one-out leader. You should be able to hold staff accountable, & lead your team to business growth. (Must be a strong & confident leader who can handle the pressure of this big-time role.)

This Recruiter Can Expect:

1. To join a fun team that understands how to WORK & PLAY hard.
2. To facilitate staff meetings each week covering key data points with their team & moving the needle forward by both informing & inspiring their team to take action on key changes.
3. To be poised when meeting & interacting with professional athletes…this recruiter must provide the same world-class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a key point of contact for members, with an emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience. Duties include:

1. Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.
2. Nurturing leads through the sales process.
3. Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
4. Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
5. Assisting with member progress check-ins.
6. Setting up new memberships in the POS system.
7. Collecting and processing payments.
8. Providing front desk sales and information.
9. Assisting with special events.

Qualifications:

1. Can out-sell anyone in the room & loves it.
2. Knowledge of gym and retail operations.
3. Positive and energetic personality with a “can do” attitude.
4. Must be proficient in technology applications.
5. Must be a high-energy individual.
6. Must have 1+ years in sales.
7. Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
