Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Las Vegas distribution operations.

The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyor, sortation, and related material handling equipment, plus heating, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems to ensure safe, efficient operation. You will install and modify equipment as needed, work across shifts, and contribute to continuous improvements in equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• Good communication and math skills are required.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
• Two+ years in industrial maintenance with preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery, motors, pumps, hydraulics, and safety devices.
• Diagnose and repair equipment per safety procedures.
• Inspect repairs and installations for quality and safety.
• Maintain building systems: plumbing, electrical, heating, refrigeration.
