Job summary

NCCO Brand Fulfillment in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a D Shift Flexo Press Helper to support press operations by staging materials and assisting with setup. This entry-level role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, safety, and teamwork as you maintain clean work areas and monitor quality.

You will work with the press team to move substrates, prepare plates and inks, and help with setup, changeovers, and documentation, gaining hands-on experience in flexographic printing while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or printing is beneficial but not required.
• Strong attention to detail to identify defects during production.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn press operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on tasks.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow written work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in press setup by gathering materials, mounting plates, inks and dies.
• Monitor runs for quality issues and communicate problems to the operator.
• Help with basic press adjustments and keep workstations stocked.
• Inspect finished materials for defects and assist color accuracy checks.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of press components and keep area clean.
• Provide clear shift handover notes and update the production log.
