Job summary

Military Deli & Bakery Services, Inc. seeks a Deli Bakery Associate for part-time shifts at a US Military Commissary. You will slice meats, prepare custom trays and sandwiches, stock displays, and help with bakery tasks while delivering fast, friendly service to military families.

You must be 18+, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods. Weekend shifts may be required; opportunities for growth across MDBS locations may exist.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Grocery, food service or retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Slices deli meats and cheeses to customer requests.
• Prepares custom party trays and makes sandwiches accordingly.
• Stock and organize displays and assist with shipments as needed.
• Maintain sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling.
• Support cake decorating, baking, rotisserie chicken prep, or other deli/bakery tasks as needed.

Deli Bakery Associate – Part TimeHiring Immediately!As a Deli Bakery Associate at Military Deli & Bakery Services you will have the opportunity to serve our nation’s Military personnel and their families at one of our 103 US Military Commissary locations.
