Mercier Consultancy in Greece is seeking a Slovak-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Imperial. The role is based remotely in Greece with a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chats, requiring fluency in Slovak and English. The position offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary and benefits designed for international hires.

Qualificações

• C1/C2 level of Slovak, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. Relocation package offered for successful candidates living abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live online chats.
• Support customers on behalf of Imperial.
• Work remotely from Greece as part of the global team.
