Position Details

• Shift Options: Days or Nights
• Responsibilities: Screening and diagnosing gynecological and non-gynecological slides under supervision of pathologists and department supervisors. Activities include accessioning, staining, microscopic screening, and filing of cytology slides and requisitions. Reporting results according to established procedures. Participating in cytology quality control and adhering to quality assurance standards as outlined by relevant agencies such as JCAHO, CAP, and CLIA. Troubleshooting technical procedures and recommending solutions.
