Responsibilities

• Perform complex microscopic evaluations and assist with quality control/assurance guidance.
• Independently perform Adequacy Assessment of Imaged-Guided Fine Needle Aspiration with backup.
• Coordinate and participate in R&D projects; prepare and review lab procedures.
• Ensure staffing schedules and conduct periodic staff meetings; train personnel and complete competency evaluations.
• Interact with physicians, staff, and customers in a pleasant and helpful manner.
