Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cytotechnology or equivalent; licensure as required by the state.
• Experience in gynecologic cytology and fine needle aspiration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform microscopic evaluation and reporting of gynecologic cytology preparations.
• Assist pathologist in slide preparation and sample collection for testing.
• Maintain pre- and post-analytic lab procedures and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and proficiency testing.
