Responsibilities

• Score micronuclei frequencies and copy-number findings using molecular cytogenetics (e.g., FISH).
• Analyze chromosome number and structure in cells; prepare DNA and patterns.
• Prepare specimens for shipment to collaborators; track lab inventory.
• Maintain equipment and ensure smooth operation of the lab.
