Responsibilities

• Oversee a highly specialized team delivering comprehensive cytogenetic and molecular cytogenetic testing for patient care, research, and precision medicine initiatives.
• Lead operations across conventional chromosome analysis, FISH testing, and emerging genomic technologies with a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with geneticists, pathologists, oncologists, and other multidisciplinary clinical teams to advance genomic diagnostics.
