Job summary

A-Gas Americas is seeking a dedicated Refurbisher - RTC Operator to join our Bowling Green, OH production team. This full-time role combines hands-on cylinder refurbishment with quality testing, painting, and documentation to meet client specs and industry standards.

You'll work 1st or 2nd shift, gain certification on cranes and forklifts within 60 days, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package as you grow with a global leader in specialty gases and chemicals management.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklifts, clamps, and overhead cranes with certification within 60 days of hire.
• Physically capable of moving/lifting 50 lbs and working in variable climates.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools.
• Computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Refurbishing incoming and outgoing cylinders.
• Using equipment to test, blast, band, and paint cylinders.
• Inspecting finished cylinders to meet client specs and regulations.
• Certifying cylinders as needed.
• Maintaining product documentation and handling non-conformities.
• Reading labels and color-coding to learn cylinder contents and hazards.
