Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in plant/manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical background preferred.
• Leadership, problem solving, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders following plant guidelines and procedures.
• Perform cylinder inspections for retesting or repairs via visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles and product; fill as needed and load/unload from weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and related equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and paperwork; input quantities, styles and products into the computer for inventory accuracy.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation; operate forklift and other plant vehicles.
