Job summary

Linde plc in Oregon is seeking a dedicated loader/unloader for gas cylinders. You will move cylinders, inspect inventory, pull items for orders, and load trucks for delivery. The role includes basic cylinder maintenance and paperwork support.

Applicants should have a high school degree and 1+ year in a plant or manufacturing setting, with a solid mechanical background and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a hands-on, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload gas cylinders and related products onto and from route trucks and trailers, moving cylinders by rolling and forklift operation.
• Sort empty cylinders by type and check cylinder quantities, styles and product specifications for inventory accuracy.
• Review customer orders, pull items from inventory, and load products onto trucks for delivery.
• Perform basic cylinder maintenance, including painting, labeling, and cleaning the work area.
• Assist with paperwork accompanying shipments.
• Complete both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments as directed.
