Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct cylinder inspections for retesting or repairs using visual, physical, and odor tests.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles and products and fill as needed; load/unload weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and related equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork; enter stock data into the system.
• Maintain quality control documentation per company and government procedures; operate forklift and other plant vehicles.

What you will enjoy doing*

• Thisrole requires you to process medical and industrial gas cylinders usingestablished plant guidelines and procedures
• You will conduct cylinderinspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual,physical, and odor tests before filling
• Check for cylinder quantities,styles and product, and fill any necessary product. Load and unload productfrom weekly shuttle truck
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales andassociated equipment
• Further, you will prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperworkfor shipment and keys into the computer the quantities, styles and productsfilled in order to justify the stock inventory
• Complete and maintain qualitycontrol documentation as per company and Governmental procedures, and operatea forklift truck and other plant vehicles

• You have more than one (1+) year experience in plant or manufacturing environment
• A strong mechanical background is desired

Pay Range: $22.50 - $26.00 hourly, based on experience
