Job summary

Linde plc in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Cylinder Handler to process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established plant guidelines. You will inspect and retest as needed, load and unload shipments, and ensure accurate stock records.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in a plant or manufacturing setting, a practical mechanical mindset, and strong teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct cylinder inspections for retesting or repairs via visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
• Check cylinder quantities, styles and product; fill any missing product; load/unload from weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and related equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork; input quantities, styles and products into the computer to justify stock inventory.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and government procedures; operate forklift and other plant vehicles.

• Thisrole requires you to process medical and industrial gas cylinders usingestablished plant guidelines and procedures
• You will conduct cylinderinspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual,physical, and odor tests before filling
• Check for cylinder quantities,styles and product, and fill any necessary product. Load and unload productfrom weekly shuttle truck
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales andassociated equipment
• Further, you will prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperworkfor shipment and keys into the computer the quantities, styles and productsfilled in order to justify the stock inventory
• Complete and maintain qualitycontrol documentation as per company and Governmental procedures, and operatea forklift truck and other plant vehicles
