Job summary

Responsibilities

• Load and unload gas cylinders and related products onto/from route trucks and trailers using a forklift or manual handling.
• Sort empty cylinders by type and verify quantities, styles and product specs for inventory accuracy.
• Review customer orders, pull items from inventory, and load products for delivery to trucks.
• Perform basic cylinder maintenance, including painting and cleaning the work area.
• Assist with paperwork accompanying shipments and maintain orderly records.
• Complete routine and non-routine daily/weekly assignments as directed.

What you will enjoy doing*

• This role requires you to load and unload gas cylinders and related products onto and from route trucks and trailers; move cylinders by rolling and by operating a forklift
• You will sort empty cylinders by type and check cylinder quantities, styles, and product specifications to support accurate inventory management
• You will review customer orders, pull required items from inventory, and load products onto trucks for delivery
• Perform basic cylinder maintenance, including painting, labeling, and cleaning the work area
• Assist with paperwork accompanying shipments
• This role includes completing both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments as directed

What makes you great

• You have more than one (1+) year experience in plant or manufacturing environment
• A strong mechanical background is desired
• You must possess good leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
