You will handle high-pressure vessels, use forklifts, and maintain accurate records. Strong candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Minimum 1 year of related technical experience.
• Equivalency allowed in lieu of specific industry experience.
• Ability to compute rate, ratios, and percent.
• Adheres to Airgas safety programs, OSHA, and related rules.

Responsibilities

• Fill gas cylinders safely and in compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Inspect cylinders prior to filling; ensure government, Airgas, and distributor standards are met.
• Conduct safety checks; perform odor tests; verify caps and valves.
• Prepare high-pressure, medical and liquid cylinders for filling.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack; load/unload cylinders.
• Maintain DOT, FDA, OSHA records and quality control sheets.
• Label cylinders accurately and manage cylinder contents.
