RPMGlobal is seeking a Cyclotron-Support Engineer I to ensure safe operation, routine maintenance, and repair of one or more accelerators at the facility. You will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation for PET radiopharmacy equipment, including hot cells and radiosynthesizers.

The role requires strong electronics knowledge, ability to read drawings, and familiarity with radiation safety. Travel up to 20% may be required as part of field support.

Formación

• 2+ years of cyclotron experience or an Associate Degree in a Technical Discipline required.
• Working knowledge of digital and analog circuitry required.
• Able to troubleshoot electronics down to the component level preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings required.
• Knowledge of radiation survey meters required.
• Experience with high voltage training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the cyclotron(s) according to proper operating procedures; may include night and weekend shifts.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on cyclotron(s).
• Complete documentation related to cyclotron operations including preventative maintenance and audits.
• Plan and execute accelerator maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, electro-pneumatic and high vacuum systems, radiosynthesizers, etc.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and report equipment status to supervisors.
• Oversee third-party contractors on equipment related to manufacturing.
• Ensure radiation safety compliance and QA program adherence.
• Provide technical training and support to other employees.
