Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Cycling Instructor to lead one high-energy cycling class per week at our Arbor Lakes, MN corporate client site. You will bring energy and help build a strong fitness community.

Responsibilities include safe, fun group instruction and adapting sessions to participant fitness levels. Certifications in Cycling/Spinning, CPR/AED and First Aid are required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Cycling/Spinning certification required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience preferred.
• Must navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.

Bring the energy and help build a strong fitness community—class schedule to be discussed.Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group cycling instruction to members.Minimum RequirementsCycling/Spinning certification required.Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.Compensation: $30 - $45/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
