• Deliver the Equinox Experience during classes.
• Modify class intensity for participants.
• Monitor exercise intensity continuously.
• Ensure prompt class start and end.
• Assist members with bike setup.
• Teach classes regularly with minimal substitution.
• Communicate feedback and status with the manager.
