Job summary

You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage returned shipments while ensuring safety and compliance. Overtime may be required; compensation is $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 1 year related experience; AA preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets.
• Strong math, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy; ability to read procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Tag and move slow moving or obsolete inventory per requests.
• Process returned shipments; classify quality.
• Complete and file written documentation.
• Assist with physical inventories and coaching during counts.
• Locate products in the system and adjust records for discrepancies.
• Research unique inventory occurrences to correct issues.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards; follow GMPs.
• Observe safety rules and assist in enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
