Job summary

Dot’s Pretzels in Edgerton, KS is seeking a Cycle Counter to support warehousing, receiving and inventory control. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires accurate cycle counting and proactive inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior warehouse or manufacturing experience, forklift operation, and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for professional growth within the KS

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Inventory or warehouse management system experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience a plus.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counting as scheduled or requested by the warehouse manager.
• Check and report inventory levels for packaged and raw materials.
• Manage inventory locations to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse space and proper space utilization.
• Identify items near shelf life and adjust as needed.
• Suggest better product location movements for efficiency.
• Follow safety, quality, and SOPs; attend trainings and meetings.
• Present a professional image of Dot’s Pretzels to customers and community.
• Engage in available company-sponsored training to grow skills.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
