Job summary

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, seeks a Senior Cycle Counter to drive inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies from 40%. You will perform complex cycle counts, analyze root causes, and align physical counts with SAP S/4HANA records in collaboration with Plant management and Finance.

You will lead root-cause investigations, perform daily counts on high-value items, and mentor junior team members while ensuring compliance with global Bosch standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or logistics in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex inventory discrepancies.
• Practical knowledge of SAP (MM/IM/WM modules) or a similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis and investigations into inventory discrepancies identified during cycle counts.
• Conduct daily and scheduled cycle counts for high-value and critical items, ensuring data accuracy in SAP S/4HANA.
• Mentor and train junior staff on counting practices and SAP procedures, acting as on-site expert.
