Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or required by site.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Willingness to undergo additional training as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts as per daily requirements and investigate discrepancies.
• Operate strictly to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure right first time.
• Assist in following up on customer concerns and sustain corrective actions.
• Deliver required throughput rate to support customer requirements.
• Move items from bulk containers or shelves according to customer needs.
• Schedule may fluctuate to meet production goals and KPIs; perform other duties as assigned.
