Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced Cycle Counter to coordinate daily operations at our Union City, GA site. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy to meet customer requirements.

You will operate strictly to Standard Work and Quality processes, move items as needed, support corrective actions to prevent repeats, and work scheduled shifts to meet production goals and KPIs. Training will be provided to adapt to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and be a team player.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Willingness to undergo additional training to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts as per daily requirements and investigate discrepancies.
• Operate strictly to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure Right First Time products.
• Assist in follow up of customer concerns and sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
• Deliver required throughput rate to support customer requirements.
• Work scheduled shifts to meet production goals and KPIs; schedule may fluctuate.
• Move items from bulk containers or racks according to customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
