Job summary

Modineer Company in Niles, MI is seeking a Cycle Counter – Plant 10 to join our direct labor team. This full-time role counts product daily using ABC cycle count programs, works with planning, and supports production efficiency. You will review inventory locations, investigate discrepancies, and use Golvia to adjust counts.

The position requires strong computer skills, teamwork, clear communication, and attention to detail. Forklift operation is required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Count product daily based on an ABC cycle count program.
• Count products as requested by the planning team.
• Review the “INVEST” location for product that the operations team cannot locate and investigate.
• Utilize Golvia to adjust inventories when discrepancies are found.
• Work with Operations to investigate root cause for discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Track monthly variance and report out to Plant Leadership.
• Must be willing to drive a forklift.
